Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Northampton u3a will be held at Northampton County Cricket Club - Curo Lounge on Tuesday 26th May 2026, at 2.00 pm

Business will include election of the Committee to serve throughout the business year 2026 / 27

1. Minutes of the AGM held on 27th May 2025 - approval and signature.

2. Treasurer’s report and adoption of the Annual Accounts.

3. Appointment of Natalie Green & Co as our Auditor for the business year 2026 / 2027.

4. Vice-Chairman’s Annual Report.

5. Adoption of a New Constitution for Northampton University of the third Age.

6. Election of Trustees for the period 2026 / 2027 of:
