We walk the third Monday of the Month meeting at 10.15 a.m to start our walk at 10.30 a.m. Our walks 3 to 4 miles long from various parts of Northamptonshire usually with lunch or picnic afterwards for those that want to stay. All information is sent by email in advance explaining a bit of information about the walk.
The group is limited by the capacity of the hostelries visited, so those interested must check the current situation by contacting the Group Leader.

Howard’s “Health and Well-Being” contribution to “U3A Sources”, plus photographs, is an excellent ‘summing up’ of our 3 groups’ objective - to provide a varied ‘walks’ experience, with an informal social gathering over lunch.
